Yes.. This time it's not me who is affected. ;-)Ms. J as we all know is getting married to Mr. J and as a result she is leaving the project. Now the big question was who will take over Ms. J's tasks? It was really a difficult choice for our manager. Finally it was informed to all of us that Mr. P would take over the pending tasks of Ms. J and continue in this project for 6 more months (Rest of us would return back to our original teams). The big irony is that Ms. J was never assigned any work. I am wondering whether this is project management or is it actually project damagement.;-)
